Rose Bay Beach - Harbour beach with calm water - perfect for dogs who aren't confident swimmers. Off-leash allowed before 9am and after 4:30pm. Parking on Tweed Heads Ave (limited). Rose Bay ferry wharf nearby. Beautiful views of the Harbour Bridge. Popular with locals. Bring water - no fountains on the beach.
