Hachi Café - Dog café in Kichijoji where you can bring your own dog. Entry ¥1000 for 30 min includes one drink. Dogs can roam off-leash inside. Kichijoji JR station + 10 min walk. Reservation recommended weekends. Staff speaks limited English. Small dogs only really (space is tight). Good for socializing puppies. Very cute atmosphere.
