Parc de la Ciutadella - Central park with designated dog area near the zoo entrance. Rest of park requires leashes. Beautiful for walks - fountain, palm trees, lake with rowboats. Busy with tourists but locals know the quieter corners. Arc de Triomf metro (L1) is closest. No parking nearby - use Bicing bike share. Good for people-watching with your pup.
